1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for items that are damaged or incorrect.
  • In such cases, we will replace the product at no extra cost.

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Products purchased during special promotions, discounts, or clearance sales (unless defective/damaged).

6. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged product).
